Tell us what we should change, stop, or keep doing. The form asks for no name or email. You can choose whether we may share a de-identified theme in team and public updates.
Share feedbackWe will publicly respond to non-identifying themes monthly when there is enough feedback to report, and otherwise at least once every three months. We paraphrase and remove identifying details.
