How this works
Available means what you are open to doing now. Visible means how long your card stays on this room board.
Pick what you are available for, choose 1:1 or speakerphone/group, then set the suggested conversation length and board visibility time separately.
Add a visible conversation note if you want people to know what you want to talk about.
Use Preview my card to see the version people can see before you publish it.
Your display name is saved on this device. Before you publish availability, the app asks for a direct one-click reach link if you have not added one yet.
Tapping a reach button opens the right app on your device (dialer, FaceTime, WhatsApp, Meet, email, and so on). The person stays on the board, so a call that does not connect never removes them. After tapping, a quick prompt lets you mark them busy, keep them visible, or copy their contact as a fallback.
Use Mark busy to take someone off Free now manually.
Use Copy invite link to share the room. Availability clears automatically; topics and voice prompts are optional.

The point is to make informal conversation easier to start without turning it into calendar work.
Most people are not generally “available” or “unavailable.” They may be open to a quick call, a drive-time chat, a text exchange, or a focused 1:1 for a short window. This board lets people signal that specific window clearly.
The design keeps availability temporary on purpose. A card should mean “try me now,” not “I once said I was open to talking.”
One-click reach links matter because seeing that someone is free is only useful if you can actually reach them immediately.
Conversation notes and async prompts are here to reduce awkwardness: they give people a reason to start, and later they can support better matching by topic or intent.
